RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may request an exchange or refund under the terms outlined below.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The size of the item does not match the size listed on our website.
  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate an exchange:

  1. Submit a request through the "Contacts" form on our website, including:
    • Your order details.
    • The reason for the exchange.
    • The item and size you wish to receive in exchange.
  2. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item to us.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition and shipped back to us as per the provided instructions.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item for your refund or exchange to be processed.

  • Refunds are issued minus a site commission fee of 10% of the total order value.

Note: Shipping costs for exchanged items are your responsibility unless the item or size received was incorrect.
